1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the y789 website, mobile-optimised platform, games, betting markets, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform") operated under the domain y789.asia ("y789", "we", "us", "our").

By completing the y789 registration process, accessing your account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or playing any game on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including any supplemental rules, bonus terms, and the y789 Privacy Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the y789 Platform and close your account.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of y789 is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which you must satisfy at all times:

• You must be acting in your personal capacity only, not on behalf of any third party.

• You are solely responsible for determining whether use of the y789 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. y789 makes no representation that access to the Platform is legal in any particular country, territory, or jurisdiction. Players based in Pakistan are reminded to assess their compliance with applicable local regulations before registering.
• Employees, agents, and immediate family members of y789 and its affiliated technology and gaming providers are not eligible to hold player accounts.

3. Account Registration

To use the y789 Platform you must register a single account. During registration you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your name and valid Pakistani mobile number.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Register only one account. Duplicate or multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. y789 may merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and forfeit associated balances.
• Not allow any other person to access your y789 account or conduct transactions on your behalf.

You are fully responsible for all activity conducted via your y789 account, whether or not authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify y789 support immediately via live chat.

y789 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, and to close or suspend any existing account where eligibility cannot be confirmed, where false information has been provided, or where the account is suspected of involvement in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on y789 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits: Funds may be deposited via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa/Mastercard, or USDT TRC20, subject to minimum deposit thresholds as displayed in the y789 cashier at the time of the transaction.
• Verification: y789 may require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before processing withdrawals. This may include submission of a valid CNIC or other identity documentation. Failure to complete verification may result in withdrawal delays.
• Own Funds Only: You must only deposit funds that are legally yours. y789 will not accept deposits funded by credit taken for the purpose of gambling, proceeds of criminal activity, or funds belonging to any third party.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the originating deposit wherever technically possible. y789 reserves the right to apply standard processing times and to conduct additional verification for large withdrawal amounts.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. y789 may charge a monthly administrative fee on dormant account balances as permitted by applicable platform policy.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

y789 may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback offers, and other incentive programmes from time to time. The following general terms apply to all y789 bonus offers:

• Each bonus offer has specific eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution rates, and expiry periods, which will be set out in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device. y789 may decline bonus claims where duplicate accounts or shared access is suspected.
• y789 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where circumstances require. Any bonus already credited will remain subject to the terms in force at the time of crediting.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through co-ordinated play, use of betting systems designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or any other abusive pattern will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the full wagering requirements of the respective promotion before they become withdrawable.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on the y789 Platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific or sport-specific rules applicable to the relevant market or title:

• All bets are final once confirmed. y789 does not accept cancellation requests for bets that have been accepted and confirmed by the system.
• In the event of a system malfunction, software error, or data feed interruption affecting game outcomes or odds, y789 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply per event, per game, and per account level. These limits are displayed in the bet slip and game interface at the time of wagering.
• Cricket betting markets, including PSL and international fixtures, are subject to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, etc.). Bets will be settled in accordance with y789's specific cricket betting rules as displayed in the Sports section of the Platform.
• Live casino games are provided by Evolution Gaming. Game results from all live tables are final and binding. Disputes relating to live game outcomes must be raised within 48 hours of the session.
• Slot and RNG game results are generated by certified random number generators and are final.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the y789 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all associated balances:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 18 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Collusion, match-fixing, or any form of fraud in relation to sports betting, casino games, or any other y789 product.
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds that constitute the proceeds of unlawful activity, or using the Platform for money laundering purposes.
• Exploiting software errors, vulnerabilities, or undisplayed features ("bugs") to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the proper operation of the y789 Platform or its underlying infrastructure.

8. Responsible Gaming

y789 is committed to supporting responsible gaming for all players. The following tools are available to all registered y789 account holders and can be accessed through the Account Safety Centre:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Alerts: Configure automated notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen prompts reminding you of your current session duration and net gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary temporary or permanent account suspension for players who feel they need a break from gaming. Self-exclusion periods cannot be shortened once initiated.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of y789 content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, y789 shall not be liable to you or any third party for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised account access where y789 was not negligent in its security obligations.
• Service interruptions, delays, or errors caused by third-party payment processors including JazzCash and Easypaisa.
• Any decision to void, suspend, or close an account in good-faith application of these Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit y789's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by y789's negligence, nor any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory law.

11. Privacy and Data

y789's collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by the y789 Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By registering on y789, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. y789 uses your data solely for the purposes of account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improving the Platform experience.

12. Amendments to These Terms

y789 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or through a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before taking effect. Your continued use of the y789 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.

13. Governing Terms and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with the operating standards of the international online gaming industry, including the principles of fair play, transparency, and player protection. In the event of a dispute between you and y789, you should first contact y789 customer support via live chat, providing full details of your complaint. y789 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of receipt. Where a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through direct support, y789 will engage with any applicable independent dispute resolution process available under its operating framework.
